I-93から：

Ex 27から Stoneham方向へMontvale Aveを進みます。割とすぐにMobilのガソリンスタンドが右手に見え、そのすぐ後ろに92 Montvaleのサインがありますので、入ってください。

赤レンガとガラスの建物で、建物の上部には「Cummings Properties」と書かれています。

建物の下に駐車場があります（無料）。地下駐車場は高さ制限がありますので、ご注意ください。

建物から帰る際は、駐車場最下階からMaple Streetに出ると、I-93 に出やすいです。

建物内：

エレベーターで3階まで上がります。3階で降りたら、左手の廊下を突き当りまで進み、さらに左の方に進むと、右手に#3600があります。

From I-93:

From Ex 27, take Montvale Ave towards Stoneham. You will see a Mobil gas station on your right rather soon, and just behind it you will see a sign for 92 Montvale, enter.

92 Montvale Avenue is a red brick & glass building with "Cummings Properties" written across the top of the building.

Parking is available under the building. Please note that there are height restrictions underground.

On your way back from the building, exit from the lowest floor underground parking onto Maple Street for easy access to I-93.

In the building:

Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor; once you get off at the 3rd floor, follow the hallway on your left to the end of the hallway, then continue to the left and #3600 will be on your right.
